Rubber low temperature brittleness tester It is a test equipment for measuring the brittleness temperature of vulcanized rubber. It can measure the brittleness temperature and low temperature performance of vulcanized rubber with different rubber materials or different formulations. It is a very reliable equipment in scientific research on the quality inspection of materials and their products, and the control of production process
There are two main test standards: GB / t15256-2014 "vulcanized rubber Determination of low temperature brittleness (multi sample method)" and GB / t1682-2014 "vulcanized rubber low temperature brittleness single sample method".

1、 Structure principle of rubber low temperature brittleness testing machine (multi sample method)
1. The equipment is composed of refrigeration compressor main body, heating device, electronic control box, cooling tank, cooling medium circulation system, automatic alarm device, etc. After starting the refrigeration switch, the compressor starts to work, and the refrigeration system enters the formal working state. The refrigeration compressor works continuously. When the temperature is close to the set temperature, the heating device in the cooling tank starts to provide heat in proportion to balance the excess cooling produced by the refrigeration system, so as to achieve the purpose of constant temperature. Stirring can make the cooling medium in the cooling tank circulate continuously and make the temperature uniform.
2. Sample holder: the sample can hold 5 samples at most each time, generally no more than 4 samples.
3. Impact device: the impact device is composed of impact hammer and self-locking mechanism.
4. Impactor: the radius of impact head is 1.6 ± 0.1mm;
The gap between impact head and specimen holder is 6.4 ± 0.3mm;
The distance between the center line of the impact head and the specimen holder is 8 ± 0.3 mm.

2、 Structure principle of rubber low temperature brittleness testing machine (single sample method)
1. The equipment is composed of refrigeration compressor main body, heating device, electronic control box, cooling tank, cooling medium circulation system, automatic alarm device, etc. After starting the refrigeration switch, the compressor starts to work, and the refrigeration system enters the formal working state. 2. Lifting clamp: the lifting gripper is composed of a cylinder with a holder and a cylinder seat;
The distance from the impacted part of the specimen to the lower end of the holder is 11.0 ± 0.5mm.
3. Impact device: the impact device is composed of impactor and impact cylinder.
4. Impactor: shape and size of impactor head. The weight of the impactor is 200 ± 20g and its working stroke is 40 ± 1mm. When the impact cylinder is in reset state, the distance between the end of impactor and the sample is 25 ± 1 mm.
