Principle of pendulum impact testing machine

Electrical control principle
1. Swing taking: press 1 an button, switch on the motor LD through the action of relay 1J, 2J, 3j and clutch ch, 1c. After the pendulum reaches the highest position, it touches the microswitch 1wk, the motor stops running, other electrical circuits reset, and the safety pin extends.
2. Return pin: press 2An button to return the safety pin.
3. Impact: press the 4An button to switch on the valve electromagnet DT to realize the falling impact and reset all electrical circuits.
4. Automatic swing: after the power supply is connected, the servo motor DS always rotates counterclockwise, so that the contact KB it drags is always disconnected. When the pendulum is in the stop or drop direction, the KB contact can not be connected. When the pendulum rotates in the lifting direction and its rotation angular speed is greater than the rotation angular speed of the servo motor, the KB contact is connected, Relay 1J and 2J are connected. When the angular velocity of pendulum decreases to less than the angular velocity of servo motor, KB contact is disconnected and relay 3j acts. At this time, clutch CH and contactor 1C are connected to make the driving motor rotate and swing. Ensure that the pendulum in the highest position after swing back, start the drive motor to lift the pendulum.
5. K2 is a safety switch button.
